The hemp insert from Avo+Cado is made from a blend of 55% hemp and 45% cotton. The combination of these two materials provides an excellent balance between absorbency and comfort.
Hemp is known for its high absorbency and durability, while cotton is valued for its softness and breathability.

Washable up to 60 degrees.
Tumble dry on lowest setting only.
